Tracey Collins, 37, had the idea after being unable to afford rent, food and utility bills, despite being frugal with expenditure and working full-time.
“I tried working harder, but it didn’t matter how much effort I put in or how much extra I did. My wages never changed,” said Tracey.
Tracey wishes she could spend more time with her daughter, but having to work all week for a company that doesn’t even know she exists isn’t without its advantages.
“It gets me away from the mouldy walls at home and at least I’m warm and dry here,” said Tracey, whilst picking holes in her arms with her blunted fingernails.
Tracey says she’ll probably get another credit card or a loan, and keep repeating the process until the numbness ends.
